July’s quilt celebrates the St Anthony Village (STA) Huskies! I was inspired by some wood art I’ve been following on Pinterest for the back, but the execution didn’t totally match what was in my head. Guess I’ll have to try it again. My mom was kind enough to give me some white and blue binding that matched perfectly. She does her binding in one piece, which most people do but I didn’t before. I don’t know how I missed that in her years of tutorials but it was so much easier than how I had been doing it. (July 2019)
